HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS DP OUTPUT
i was unable to have any output from the DP 1.0 Port to any monitors.
The monitors was tested to be working with outher devices.
Would anyone able to suggest how to test the DP port to see if it is working?
I had tried using active DP to DP cable and other adapters.

Re: Query: HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS DP OUTPUT
Hi,
the DL365 is an AMD and DL360 an Intel CPU Server.
You can also provide the Part Number, it is on the Sticker or Pull Tab (P/N: xxxxx-xxx).
With DP you mean a Display Port?
To understand correctly, the Server has a VGA Port (6) and you want to attach a Monitor with DP Port only by using a VGA to DP Adapter right?

Re: Query: HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS DP OUTPUT
Hi,
We see for Microserver Gen10+ it has Display Port 1.1a.
Please confirm if the Monitors are supported.
If yes and if the problem appears only at Port level, you may try updating BIOS and iLO, reset BIOS and or Restore BIOS to Factory Settings.
If still appears, it may need replacement may the Port has gone faulty.
Thank you

Re: Query: HPE PROLIANT GEN 10 PLUS DP OUTPUT
I recently updated the driver and now there is no more issue with the VGA port and there is display outout on the monitror. I was happy with it. However, there is still no output from the DP to the same nmonitor. I will try updating the BIOS later.
