HPE Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure Error

Hi,

I have HP Proliant DL 380 Server.. Recently I  upgrade the processor and RAM in that Server.

While Switched on that Server, I noticed that In Bios  ,313-HPE Smart Storage Battery 1 Failure - Battery Shutdown Event Code : 0x400.I restart the Server and check , Same error msg .Kindly provide the Solution for the Same.. Server is running with Win 2012 R2 X 64.

make sure bios and ilo versions are up to date first. gen9 bios 2.30 and ilo 2.40.
what versions are installed?

Hi,

 

Thanks for providing Soutions. In my server , ILO Firmware Version #  2.40 and Bios Version is P89 V2.00.

If I upgrade my Bios Version, Its my HPE Smart Storage Batttery 1 Failure Error  Will resolved.. Or Pls let me know is there any other part need to check further.

Also kindly pls let me know how to upgrade Bios in Server.. Please check and do the needful.
