Re: HPE Smartmemory check during boot missing

Hi @Chanklish ,

I am not sure about the root cause for this.  But HPE Smart memory check works with AHS. Verify whether AHS is disabled. Refer this blog.

Re: HPE Smartmemory check during boot missing

We have a BL460c G9 blade server with brand new 8x 64 GB HPE SmartMemory RAM modules, and we're having the exact same issues. The SmartMemory check is not there and when I check the logs it says every stick has failed validation, although HPE has confirmed that the memory is fully genuine.

Re: HPE Smartmemory check during boot missing

Same, I received an answer only stating that I should try swapping the CPUs (CPU 1 -> CPU 2 and reverse). Not sure how this is going to help at all, nothing is wrong with the CPUs. It costs both money and time to do this with machines that are in production.

i started a case with the vendor more than 2 months ago ..nothing at all

HP is bad and their support is worse .. we should not forget this next purchase cycle starts
