I can't get into the smart array b120i administration console

I have a the HP Proliant ML310e Gen8 v2 server. 

I can't get into the smart array b120i administration console by pressing F5

Hello,

 

What happens if you press F10 to get into Intelligent Provisioning (IP)? I would suspect you likely have the same result. You may need to reinstall IP in order to get this to work.

Make sure you download and attempt the install using the 1.x media as that is correct for Gen8 servers. You should also be able to boot the SPP on the server in order to access the SSA.
