ICQ and Third party FTP

Hi

I am enquiring on how to run ICQ on client computer while connecting with Neoserver for Server. As far as I know, ICQ need SOCKS or PROXY if running on LAN. I am not sure if Neoserver supports them

About third party, is there any extra setting to run third party ftp software eg CuteFTP or BulletFTP while connecting to NEOSERVER ? I tried to use that, but it is not working.
