iLO Amplifier v2.23 Baseline Import Fails.

Goo day all,

I am trying to upload the new P81142_001_gen10spp-2025.03.00.00-SPP2025030000.2025_0319.35.iso to the iLO amplifier v2.23. However as I try via NFS or File upload - it fails. I tried renaming the file to something shorter - without success.
I cleared out and deleted the previous SPP that was uploaded - space is sufficient.

This is what I get from the error log:

    Baseline import may fail for the following reasons -
1) Network issues :
    Solution : Check the network configurations, communication ports are open/blocked, firewall is stopping traffic, Proxy configuration required.

2) Baseline path may be incorrect:
    Solution : Verify again the path of baseline and is accessible.

3) Download Basaline may be incorrect. 
   Solution: The baseline that you mentioned is compatible with HPE Gen10 Servers. Please verify the server is Gen10 model

Hi @shiva_jr ,

thank you for your reply. However:

1) Checked firewall and ports. All good

2) Baseline path verified many times. Import fails on direct file upload function or NFS upload.

3) Servers are GEN10 - and the basline import AFAIK is independent of server OS?

I am talking about the iLO Amplifier VM v2.23

Hi @Ghenckert , 
1.    What is the iLO Amplifier current version you have ? 
2.   Can you try with importing the a lower version of ISO image?
3.  Share the path from where the ISO image is downloaded.
     Please refer this video and let me know if still issue persists.
