ILO - How to enable log/logs?

Hallo guys,

how to enable log/logs in ILO?

My machine is DL360Gen10 ILO5 ver2.18:

iLo Evet Log - freezes on message "Loading the iLO Event Log, please wait ..."
Integrated Management Log - show last message 09/29/2019, refresh doesn't respond
Security log - is empty
Active Health System viewer - shows message:
Error: File was not able to be processed as SMBIOS type 0 records are not found.

Restart ILO unsuccessful...

When I have problems with firmware upload, system ROM for example, I would like to see details... 
And not only in ILO web browser, in IloRest also... 

Any ideas?

I would suggest you reset ILO5 once, follow the below link.
