ILO LDAP Configuration not working

I seem to have the same or very similiar problem.....

Configured AD-integration on an ILO 4 (2.78), and it worked fine for a week or so, until it suddenly stopped working.

Connect using SSL:  FAILED  Running the test show as "Error code 0 (ok) Consult the Integrated Lights-Out User Guide for details"

Bind to Directory Server:  FAILED LDAP Server Connect Failed

User Authorization:  FAILED  Unable to authenticate test user somedomain\someusername Could not connect to Directory service.

I have the exact same issue when I point to 2019 Domain controllers, however when I point to 2012 Domain Controllers it works just fine.

Is there a definitive solution here?

We have the same problem with ILO 5 firmware 3.0
