ILO stops working after switch is rebooted

Hello,
Currently I have 3 servers where I can't ping the ILO IP address. All of these are connected to the same switch that was rebooted yesterday.

How do I get ILO to work again, WITHOUT rebooting the whole server?
I tried just disconnecting/connecting the cable in hope that it would start working again, but no no.

thanks for any help...

hi,

have you lokked in the ILO Configuration during POST to get sure the get an IP Adress ?
You can look else in the Systemmanagement Hompage there should be an entry to configure the ILO Board.

Re: ILO stops working after switch is rebooted

thanks for your reply.

my system management homepage doesnt have an option for ILO anywhere.
Maybe I have an old support pack installed or something. Also tried to install hponcfg but it complained that my support back is too old...so now I need to update that too I guess :(
