Service Hours in Management Homepage
I just want to confirm this.
In HP Management Homepage there´s an option "Service hours" for hard drives.
Is this the total number of hours the drive has been running?
I have a drive that just crashed on an old test server.

Re: Service Hours in Management Homepage
I would think so - but here's how you can confirm it: run an ADU.
Then, look at the Service Time for the drive. It's in hex. Convert it to decimal and divide by 60.
The two numbers should be the same if it is truly a track of Total hours the drive has been running.

Re: Service Hours in Management Homepage
Yes service minutes are the minutes the drive has been running since it was plugged in the server, sometime the data can be accurate, so make sure all the FW is up to date.
