[ILO5][Access] Unable to access ilo5 via http since update

Good morning,
I use a ProLiant DL360 Gen10.
A week ago I did a big update both of the ilo going from version 1.40 to 2.99 and also of the proliant firmware from version U32 v2.42 to U32 v3.00.
The updates went well but after a restart access to the ilo in http seems to be poorly loaded.
I have perfect access to the connection screen but once logged in I only have the display at the top of the interface, the rest remains white and does not seem to load fully.
I tried changing browsers, clearing cache, changing PCs.
I restarted the server and the ilo reset the ilo.
I downgraded the firmware of the hp proliant. I also downgraded the ilo but impossible to go back before version 2.30.
On the other hand, I don't have a valid certificate for https but that was already the case before.
Do you have any ideas, because I'm starting to run out of ideas to try.

Hello,

 

What is the status if you connect the ILO 5 port directly to a laptop?

The intention is to bypass your network and check if it works fine on peer to peer.

Indeed I haven't tested yet so I will return to the datacenter I will test
