Insight Mgr Error- "Processor Correctable error threshold exceeded"

The internal error light is on my server, and the only thing I can find wrong ion logs, programs etc, is this degraded hardware error in Insight Manager "Processor Correctable error threshold exceeded" can anyone help?

Changing memory did not help
Changing System board did not help
Problem Description:
"Correctable memory threshold exceeded" in IML log
ASR Detected by System ROM
Solution:
Clear NVRAM, rerun SCU, mark items repaired in IML log.
Upgrade system rom

You need to replace the processor. You can try to update firmware and such - but in the end you'll probably replace the proc.

If it is a multiple proc server you could try to switch them and see if the error follows the proc or the slot on the sys board.

With that said, I've seen machines operate in this manner for years without a hiccup besides that error. If the machine is critical - I wouldn't recommend it. Murphy's Law states it will fail when you least expect it (want it).
