installing SP4 for WIN2K on DL-360

When installing SP4 on a DL-360 I am getting a error after the installation reaches the point of finishing installation when the progress bar is about 3/4. The error just states that an error has occured and gives me the option to cancel and system may not work or uninstall. Thanks for any help you can give

Hello Brian,
Please make sure that the system BIOS is uptodate. You can download the latest BIOS from our Website. Also I would suggest you redownload the SP4 and try applying it again.
