Intelligent provision not working- ML310e Gen8 V2
Dear all,
I am using HPE Proliant ML310e gen V2 Server. Recently I deleted my raid configuration and tried to create a new one. When I restarted and tried to log in to Intelligent provisioning but It was not working.
first, it shows " GRUB LOADING " after pressing F10,
Then I installed Intelligent provisioning as per the HP instruction ( Versions - 1.5, 1.6, 1.7). The installation was successful, and the GRUB LOADING error is gone.
But not it is stuck on the black screen with a blinking cursor after pressing F10. Kindly help me out to solve this issues.

Re: Intelligent provision not working- ML310e Gen8 V2
Try below steps to resolve Intelligent Provisioning issue:
- Reset iLO from iLO diagnostic page.
- Clear NVRAM using switches 1 & 6 together.
- If it still does not work, reflash Intelligent Provisioning (IP) to the latest available version.

performing the procedures below did not resolve.
Is there any way to do a 100% reset to factory defaults on the motherboard?
