@rawand

It looks like your server is trying to boot from the network instead of your RAID HDD. This could be due to a misconfiguration in your BIOS or UEFI settings, or it could be a problem with the RAID controller.

Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:

  1. Check your BIOS or UEFI settings to make sure that the RAID HDD is set as the primary boot device. You may also want to check that the boot order is correct.

  2. Make sure that your RAID controller is properly configured and that all of your hard drives are functioning correctly. You can use the RAID controller's configuration utility to check the status of your RAID array.

  3. Try booting from a different device, such as a bootable USB drive or CD/DVD, to see if the problem is with the RAID HDD or with the server itself.

As for retrieving your VMs and system, if your RAID array is intact and the hard drives are functioning correctly, you should be able to boot from the RAID HDD and access your VMs and system as normal. However, if you are unable to boot from the RAID HDD, you may need to use a recovery tool to retrieve your data. You can try using a data recovery tool such as Recuva or EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard to recover your files.

Note: Please take data back-up before you perform any steps

These are my opinions so use it at your own risk.

Re: hpe de380 boot problem

Hello dear,

thank you for  reply

  1. Check your BIOS or UEFI settings to make sure that the RAID HDD is set as the primary boot device. You may also want to check that the boot order is correct.      i have checked this option yes my raid is the primary boot option and we didn't change anything it was working normally before no one changed anything on the server or rebooted the server.

  2. Make sure that your RAID controller is properly configured and that all of your hard drives are functioning correctly. You can use the RAID controller's configuration utility to check the status of your RAID array. i checked  the raid  it works fine and the hdd s are healthy without any failure.

  3. Try booting from a different device, such as a bootable USB drive or CD/DVD, to see if the problem is with the RAID HDD or with the server itself. i will try to boot from flash and com back to you.

my problem is that i dont have any thing to read or rcover the data existes on the hards  i need an extender or an other server to check the data inside the server.

many thanks
