Internal NIC Loopback Failing

I have both of the internal NC loop back adapters failing the diagnostic. I re installed the drivers for the Compaq Fast Ether net NC and everything (including the cable test) works fine on this otherwise. Help !!

Are you using our hardware tests (if so, do you have an actual "loopback" adapter connected)? Have you tried just pinging the card's loopback address?
