it won't turn on

Anyone can help on why my server Hp proliant DL360 gen8 . it will not turn on

Hello,

  • Please check the power source, the power cable.
  • Reseat / swap the power supplies
  • Reseat / swap fans
  • Uninstall non-HPE components, if installed
  • If the issue persists, reduce the server to base configuration.
    1. Have only the processors and a known working memory module in Ch 1-A for each processor
    2. Uninstall expansion cards
  • If the issue persists, then please contat HPE Support for further assistance
