Load Balancing Problem with DL380G2
Currently having a Compaq Proliant DL380 G2 server with 2 NICS: NC3163 driver version 5.41.17.0. using MAC address 100 Full duplex, connected to a 3COM Superstack 3 Switch 3C17100.
Theres no problem if its running using a single NIC but when teaming the 2 NICs for Load Balancing, the other NIC will failed and be disabled. Have tried a lot of tests, replacing motherboard, changing the switch, cables, reconnect to different ports and upgrading the NIC drives and teaming drivers.
Still having problems when teaming the 2 NICs. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance.
