LOADING XP PRO ON ML350 G3

Is it possible to load XP Pro on to a ML350 G3?
I know, I know it wasn't designed for this SW but I would like run it if possible. In the BIOS (CNTRL-S) when booting there is no selection for Windows XP. However, when selecting the "Other OS" option I cannot seem to get the machine to load.
Also, does XP support SMART ARRAY configurations?

It is possible. That was the first OS I installed when I first bought the ML350 G3. Don't remember how I did it though, may have used Smartstart 6.4 to initiate the XP install.

I have since installed W2K3 server. Now trying to install Win2K to test install an application. But having this Hash-2.05a error when booting with Smartstart.
