Memory Upgrade
I recently purchased a Pro 300 serve unit. I was told it is a Pentium at 90mhz
I would like to upgrade the memory (there isnt any expanded at this time) I need to know the exact type of memory I need. I believe it to be Parity type, 72 pin in pairs, 60 or 70ns. What would be the max of memory I can put in?
Also, is this unit capable of supporting a sound card? If so, what type would be good. I purchased this computer so my kids may run some low level games. Any help provided would be great.

Re: Memory Upgrade
The best info on memory for this server is located at http://www5.compaq.com/support/Techpubs/qrg/prosignia300.html
Compaq never tested a sound card in this server, so you may have problems that we don't have answers to.

Re: Memory Upgrade
I plugged in a creative AWE64 ISA sound card and everything looks like OK.
