Can these servers support up to 64GB of memory or are they only allowed 32GB?

which servers are you wanting to know about?

for example the new DL380 G6 servers support up to 192GB memory

All I could find on the front of the server was HP ProLiant DL 365.

The DL365 moniker without a generation generally means that this is a G1. The highest capacity memory you can have is 32Gb in that server. There are 8 dimm slots, and each can take a maximum 4GB stick, 8*4GB = 32GB.

The DL365 skipped from G1 to G5. Either way, the memory has the same limitation - 32GB across the 8 dimm slots.
