Hi everyone, I tried to do a hardware test with Intelligent provisioning tool but I found the error shown in the image below:
The installed firmware in my Microserver Gen 10+
I think I need to update the Intel (R) I350 Gigabit Network Connection firmware but I couldn't find it on the HPE Support site. Do you have any ideas on how to solve it?

Re: Microserver Gen 10 plus System test error
Hello,
You may download the firmware from this link.
Download it and extract it to a folder and you may use the iLO feature "Update Firmware" for this purpose.
If the firmware version is very old, you need to update it as stepping up or down the ladder until the version needed. It it highly recommended that it is not directly updated to the latest version.

Re: Microserver Gen 10 plus System test error
Hello,
I agree with TVVJ, You can obtain the firmware via the link provided by TVVJ. Once downloaded, extract it to a folder and utilize the iLO feature "Update Firmware."
Should the firmware be considerably outdated, ensure to update it incrementally, gradually moving to the required version rather than directly leaping to the latest one.
This approach is strongly advised.
Cheers....

Re: Microserver Gen 10 plus System test error
Openmediavault 6 is installed on my Microserver (a Linux distribution based on Debian)
I tried to download and extract the executable file (indicated in the link of your answers) on my PC but I don't understand which file I need to upload with ilo firmware update. I tried several files but none of them work.
I also tried win linux version of Intel Online Firmware Upgrade Utility for Linux x86_64 .
I connected via ssh to the Microserver and followed the instructon on the support download page but the error shown in the figure belows appears.

SolutionHello,
Could you attempt to upgrade the firmware from SPP in either offline or online mode?
Link for your reference : https://techlibrary.hpe.com/docs/enterprise/servers/icsp/7.5.1/webhelp/content/s_osdbuildplan_how_fw_add.html
If further assistance is required, please open a support case with HPE.
