Microserver gen10 plus - always on intelligent provisioning not functional at all (3.86.5)
Hi!
Weird issue with Intelligent Provisioning.
When IP is booted with F10, all good.
When IP is accessed through Always On IP then: cannot access bios settings (invalid URI), cannot access firmware updates (unvalid URL). What is going on?!?! Anyone with similar issues?

Re: Microserver gen10 plus - always on intelligent provisioning not functional at all (3.8
Hi,
Can you please check what the BIOS version and IP version is on this server?
Can you paste the full error message or a screenshot of the error?
Thank You!

Re: Microserver gen10 plus - always on intelligent provisioning not functional at all (3.8
Hi!
Thank you for quick answer.
System rom is: U48 v2.72 (04/20/2023)
Intelligent Provisioning is: 3.86.5
When Intelligent Provisioning is started from "Always on Intelligent Provisioning" then:
- accessing BIOS/Platform configuration gives: "Error: URI incorrect: undefined".
- accessing Firmware Update shows: "The firmware repository cannot be reached or is currently unavailable. Please verify your network, proxy and system software update URL preferences. Update from HPE website https://ipupdate.itcs.hpe.com"
The IP have been flashed using IP recovery ISO. Interestingly IP update shows this error at the very end:
Interestingly, if IP is started from F10 menu, all seems to work
Any hints??

Re: Microserver gen10 plus - always on intelligent provisioning not functional at all (3.8
Hi,
I dont see any FW or IP update requirement. Its working well with F10.
I would suggest to log a support case with HPE.
Thank You!

Re: Microserver gen10 plus - always on intelligent provisioning not functional at all (3.8
Good day!
Here are some possible troubleshooting steps you can try:
>>. Ensure that the firmware version of your Microserver Gen10 Plus is compatible with the IP version you are using (3.86.5). Sometimes, certain firmware versions might not fully support the IP version you have installed, leading to compatibility issues.
>>. Check the network configuration settings for the Always On IP feature. It's possible that the network settings are not correctly configured, causing issues with accessing IP functionalities.
>>. There might be firewall or security settings that are blocking access to certain URLs or URIs used by IP. Check your network's firewall and security settings to ensure they are not interfering with IP functionalities.
>>. If you are using a proxy server in your network, check if it is causing any issues with IP. Sometimes, incorrect proxy settings can lead to problems with accessing certain resources.
>>. If there are updates available for Intelligent Provisioning or the server's firmware, consider updating to the latest versions. Newer updates often contain bug fixes and improvements that could resolve your issue.
>> You can try resetting the Intelligent Provisioning settings to their default values. This might help if there are any misconfigured settings causing the problem.
Hope it helps! Let me know ...
