recentemente Recebi UM ml310 Gen8, e ao tentar formatar ele, sair do 2008 para o 2016, nao consigo de jeito nenhum, se for legado/MBR funciona, mas no AHCI nao vai.

na bios esta setado AHCI

tentei formatar usando o pendrive 

gravadora interna 

gravadora externa 

No modo provisionado, nao vai tambem.

Simplesmente nao fica como ahci, mesmo setado na bios ahci e usando o dvd-externo, é formata ficando MBR

Tenho alguns servers desse ha alguns rodando, e apesar de "conhecer ate bem" esse equipamento, apanhei para esse server e vim pedir ajuda.

O problema de formatar o HP ML310 Gen8 para Windows Server 2016 em AHCI, resultando sempre em MBR, pode estar relacionado à configuração do controlador HP Smart Array B120i. @Melissa36Dosset infelismente nao funcionou, nao foi de jeito nenhum em GPT, nao queria deixar em MBR, pois nao tem muito recurso se de prego na boot do windows.

e minha midia tem as duas opcoes gpt/mbr.

vou aguardar mais algum colega para ver se tem alguma solucao ou ajuda aqui. mas vlw pela força.
