ML110 SPP 2022.09.01 SUM Deploy Fails

ML110 iLO HTML5 IRC, Virtual Media.

SUM loads and runs.

Gets through steps 1 & 2.

Step 3 deploy fails, no indication of cause.

What can cause this?

Where do we look to troubleshoot this?

this usually happens when using ILO to update SPP if you can try using the HPE usb key.

Thanks for replying. Unfortunately that did not work, which is why I was using the iLO method. When I used USB Key, it created a USB key however, when I inserted it into the system, the system could not see it. I tried several USB drives and another SPP, but no luck. At this point, I am stuck. I heard there are two versions of SPP, bootable and non-bootable. All I ever found was the one .ISO version on the support site:

P52581_001_gen10spp-2022.09.01.00-SPP2022090100.2022_0930.1.iso

P52575_001_gen10spp-2022.03.1-SPP2022031.2022_0822.5.iso

Where can I find the "bootable" SPP .iso?

Or, any ideas on what to do next?
