ML310 - ethernet drivers for XP

ML310 - ethernet drivers for XP

I have installed XP on an old work machine haveing followed successful posts in this forum. Everything is ok - but I cannot install ethernet. I can see the device in devman, but it says "code10 device cannot start"
I looked in BIOS but nothin g obvious - maybe there is something with NXE but I dont know what that is !
