Hello everyone, I have a question for you.
I have an ML310gen8v2 with Server 2012r2, installed with RAID on a B120 motherboard. I recently formatted it and needed to install its drivers, but none of the network drivers were compatible or installed, even the Broadcom driver, which I thought was the native server driver, didn't work.
I thought I'd download it from the Broadcom website, but that wouldn't install either.
Since it's virtualized (Hyper-V) and has several networks created, without the driver I'm experiencing a lot of packet loss, and this doesn't happen when the driver is installed, as I've experienced this several times before.
The iLO doesn't recognize it either. I saw in some forums that some people have experienced this, but since it's in English, the translation isn't clear how the person solved it.
This server is fully updated with the latest firmware, but only this network driver isn't working.
Driver> ML310
Could you guide me on how to update this driver? Thank you all.

SolutionHello @Julio007,
This model typically uses the Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5720 or the HP Ethernet 1Gb 2-port 332i Adapter, and generic Broadcom drivers often fail to install correctly because HP requires its own customized version. To fix this, you should download the official “HP Ethernet 1Gb 2-port 332i Adapter Driver for Windows Server 2012 R2” from the HPE Support website for the ML310e Gen8 v2. If the installer doesn’t run, extract the package manually and install it through Device Manager by pointing it to the extracted driver folder.
It’s also a good idea to verify in the BIOS that the embedded NICs are enabled and reset the iLO if it’s not detecting the interface. If the issue persists, you can use the HP Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP), which automatically detects and installs all compatible drivers and firmware. As a last resort, you can manually install the Broadcom NetXtreme driver version 20.6.0.4 (for the BCM5720) from Dell’s support site, which has been confirmed to work with this hardware when HP’s installer fails.
Regards,

Re: Ml310ge8v2 nao reconhece network
Resolvido.
foi atualizado usando o HP Service Pack for ProLiant (P03093_001_spp-Gen8.1-SPPGen81.4) e tudo funcionando perfeitamente.
agradeço a ajuda.
Muito Obrigado
