Re: ML350 G3 reboots after bug check
Most likely 0x0000009c error related to hardware failure.
IMHO, the best way to check such errors - move "problematic" server disks to another identical server and check if it happens on another server. Most likely it will NOT happen on another server - and you will be able to open hardware call to "problematic" server.
If you don't have second identical server at least try to replace "problematic" server memory.
Of course, make sure you have last server firmware BEFORE any troubleshooting.
Do you have any errors in HP integrated management viewer?

Re: ML350 G3 reboots after bug check
Also, will putting one of the drives in a different server affect the drive at all? I don't want any of the RAID settings in either of them them to get messed up. And, its not really feasible for me to leave a drive out of the problematic server more than a few minutes.
Thanks!

Re: ML350 G3 reboots after bug check
Firmware include BIOS, SmartArray controller (if exists on the server), SCSI drives and ILO. You can use Firmware Maintenance CD:

>>Also, will putting one of the drives
NO! I mean put ALL 3 SCSI drives to another ML350 G3 server.
Raid configuration stored on the drives, so when you switch SCSI drives between two identical servers the "new" server must work exactly as "old" server.
Important question: Do you have SmartArray controller?

Re: ML350 G3 reboots after bug check
Unfortunately, I do not have another ML350 G3, we have other servers that are similar but not another identical.
Odd thing is, it has done this only twice about a month apart.
Thank You!
