ML350 G4 will not boot on new motherboard

Recently, the PPM1 on the motherboard died on our ML350 server. So, we had to change the motherboard with an identical model. However, after the change, the hard drives will not boot and it tries to boot of PXE.

Is there something we need to clear or reconfigure to allow the hard drives to boot? The motherboard is exactly the same model so drivers shouldn't be a problem.

By the way, there is no RAID configuration involved. The two hard drives plug directly to the primary SCSI port in the motherboard. There is no RAID controller plugged in.
