ML350 Mix 2,5+3,5 HD Cages

ML350 G10 Server configuration with mixed 2,5" and 3,5" Hd cages is not available in iQuote.

Such configuration is permitted at pag. 5 of Quick Specs (... Now the system can support mixed SFF and LFF HDD cages in one system ...)

I asked to cpqsupport@360insights.com but received very vague informations (perhaps yes, but also not, and only with some models).

Do somebody realized such configuration?

Here the parts I selected:

P21788-B21 - Nr. 1 -  ML350G10
872477-B21 - Nr. 2 - HD Sas 2,5" 600 GB 10K
865414-B21 - Nr. 1 - Redundant Power Supply 800 W

874566-B21 - Nr. 1 - LFF HD Cage kit
834031-B21 - Nr. 4 HD Sas da 8 TB

Hi,

first, please be aware that this Server going EOS in 12 Days(If I'm right informed), so you should choose the new Gen11 Model.

If you need the SFF only for the SSD Boot Disk, you can choose the
P48183-B21 HPE NS204i-u Gen11 NVMe Hot Plug Boot Optimized Storage Device
this is 2x 480GB M.2 with Hardware Raid 1
and then
