ML370 audio multimedia controller
I just did a fresh install of NT 4.0 using the SmartStart 5.4 support disks. All is well except the PCI Audio Multi-Media Controller. No driver is installed and I cannot locate one on anything I have. I have also done a lot of online searching with no luck. I had a similar problem with the AIT 50 Tape Drive but I found a driver online for it which works fine. Seems odd to me that the drivers were not on the SmartStart disks. Any ideas?

Re: ML370 audio multimedia controller
Hi Roger:
HP Proliant servers don't have Audio Cards or Audio drivers on the Smart start CDs.
You will have to use 3rd party audio card and install driver for it that is compatable with NT4.
Best of Luck.
Tarek.

Re: ML370 audio multimedia controller
It is actually an old Compaq first generation ML370.
Thanks for the info. I'll keep looking. I have not had the case open lately and I'm a little confused as to whether the contorller is embedded or on a separate board. I don't remember seeing a separate card when I did have it open.
