ML370 G5 Memory upgrade

I have a ML370 G5 with 3 GB.
It has 4 slots populated: 2 x 512 MB, 2 x 1GB

I checked server´s data sheet, but it only has 1 GB and 64 GB configurations.

I´m wondering if next configurations are valid:
- Add 2 x 2 GB dimm for a total of 7GB and six populated slots
- Add 2 x 4 GB dimm for a total of 11 GB and six populated slots.

A document explaining memory configurations will be nice.

Thanks Erdogan, but it doesn't answer my question.

Data sheet only has two configurations and doesnt explaint how memory must be populated.

Must I assume that it only has to be populated in pairs?
