Modifying Logical Drive Setup

Hi!

So in my office I have an HP DL360P Gen8 server running Windows Server 2012 R2. It had three hard drives in it (each 600gb SAS 10K rpm) when it was purchased, and they were configured in RAID5. So, we have come across a need for additional hard drive space, so we purchased 3 additional HDDs (exact same as the other three), popped them in and used the HP Smart Store admin utility to utilize them and add them to the RAID config.

Only problem is, I completely spaced on the fact that the total size of the logical disk has to be less than 2 TB in order for it to be bootable due to the legacy bios.

So here's my question - i'm new to HP (always had Dell before, but love the HP server). I'm pretty sure that what I need to do here is go back into the smart storage admin utility, and then create a new logical drive using the three new hard drives and make it a data drive using the disk config utility in Windows?

Any insight and help/opinions would be greatly appreciated.
