Multiple NICs in ML530G2

Hello all.
My OS is W2KSP3 and I am trying to add 3 Intel Pro 1000/MT NICs to my ML530G2. I can add 2 with no problem, but when I add the 3rd one the server gets halfway through the splash-screen portion of the boot-up and freezes. No messages are recorded in the event log and I can't seem to find anything in the forums. I have tried multiple combinations of PCI slots and it always ends up that 2 work fine, but the 3rd hoses!

Also...is there a way to search these forums by keyword, or do you have to go through each page looking for posts on your subject?

Hello Matt,
Have you tried clearing NVRAM by going into System Utilities Menu by hitting F9 upon boot?? After you clear NVRAM then try adding one card at a time and see if that helps.
