my hp dl 380p will not start and give error System Power Fault Detected
i tried to replace the pci risers and i cant update the firmware
the server starts for a second and then its done
and gives that error code
"System Power Fault Detected (XR: 14 00 MID: FF 0D FC 0E C0 FF FF 32 32 0C 0C 00 9C 40 00 01 0F 47 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00)"

Recommended Steps to Troubleshoot:
1. Disconnect Non-Essential Hardware
Unplug everything that’s not required for POST:
Remove all PCIe cards
Disconnect RAID controller, storage drives, external cables
Remove all but 1 CPU and 1 DIMM
Remove all riser boards if not needed for basic POST
Power on with minimum configuration to see if the error persists.
Try switching to CPU 2 and testing with a different RAM if the first attempt doesn't work
2. Check iLO for Logs
If iLO is accessible, go to:
iLO Web Interface → Information → Integrated Management Log (IML)
Look for any Power-related or board errors that match the timestamps of failure
3. Suspect Components
From your symptoms and the fact you've tried risers:
The problem may be with the power supply
Motherboard may be the root cause
