Recommended Steps to Troubleshoot:
1. Disconnect Non-Essential Hardware
Unplug everything that’s not required for POST:

Remove all PCIe cards

Disconnect RAID controller, storage drives, external cables

Remove all but 1 CPU and 1 DIMM

Remove all riser boards if not needed for basic POST

Power on with minimum configuration to see if the error persists.

Try switching to CPU 2 and testing with a different RAM if the first attempt doesn't work

2. Check iLO for Logs
If iLO is accessible, go to:

iLO Web Interface → Information → Integrated Management Log (IML)

Look for any Power-related or board errors that match the timestamps of failure

3. Suspect Components
From your symptoms and the fact you've tried risers:

The problem may be with the power supply

Motherboard may be the root cause
