Need Bios Update for ProLiant DL360e Gen8

I need the latest (2022?) bios update for ProLiant DL360e Gen8.

In the 8.1 spp the latest is from 2019 bit it looks like it's since been re-released to address intel cpu microcode vulnerabilities.

When I try to download it I get an error about "support entitlements".  I own the server.  It's sitting on my homelab workbench.  Can someone please share the update?
