NETLOGON Event ID 3210 / 5722 and HP Teaming on DL-360 G3

We have two DL-360 G3's, server #1 is our DC and server #2 is a member server. Both have the HP Teaming set up for load balancing on the dual NIC's. Although everything appears to be set up properly (AD, DHCP, DNS, RA and Routing are set up on server #1), server #2 is unable to authenticate with server #1, and I repeatedly get the NETLOGON Event ID 3210 error. I also cannot print from server #2, nor can I browse files on server #2 from server #1. I can ping one server from the other either by IP address or by name just fine. One of the tech support guys at CDW suggested that I ask here to see if anybody might have run into this and if there might be any known issues with using the HP Network Teaming along this line. I'm also getting a NETLOGON Event ID 5722 on server #1 concerning the authentication of server #2 (see attached).

I should also add that both of these machines are running Windows 2000 Server with SP4.

Alex, I tried your suggestion and that has not solved my problem. There is definitly something strange going on that's causing these errors, but nobody seems to know what. This may end up being something that requires someone from Microsoft to deal with, though they are going to charge an arm and a leg no doubt.
