New system

Brand new server, installed array controller and more memory. Starts the boot process, doesn't get through all the memory and powers off.

What type (and brand) of memory did you install? If it's NOT all Compaq, remove the extra memory and try it. If the system works, some of the memory may be bad or incompatible.

I have tried different variations of memory. Original only, one extra etc. We bought all of it from Compaq. I can keep trying things.
