NIC Error

Dear all;
i have HP ML 350 G5 Server, i purchase an additional network card compaq nc7770 10/100/1000t all and install it in the server. After i install the network card the server give me this error, unsupported PCI detected remove PCI card from Slot 2

Indeed its not supported.

ML350 G5 will only support:
