No Display Not Booting
Server not powering on to boot up and there is no display. I could see the system getting power from SMPS, as all the indicator LEDs in the system board were glowing and also that I have checked the output of the power supply. The display feature is in the SFB.

First you should verify that the SOB is seated good in its slot. If problem still exist and you have verified that all cards are seated good, and all hardware is COMPAQ, try clewing COOS by using switch SW1 located on the System Board(switch 2, of SW1 will clear COOS). Provided that there may have been corruption within COOS, this should allow you to now POST normally. If not, we may need to look at replacing the SOB board.
