no eligible disk found : hp, dl380 g10
bonjour,
j'ai un probleme avec la detection des disques dures avec ce serveur ,
card raid : HPE SMART ARRAY P408I-a SR GEN10 : ACTIVé
HPE SMART ARRAY S100I SR GEN10 : Desactivé
disque : 10 k sas ds 300gb 872735
malgré ça je reçois le message :NO ELIGBLE DISK FOUND AU MOMENT DU CONFIGURATION D'un array.
merci pour votre soutien.
Google Translate:
I have a problem with the detection of hard disks with this server,
card raid: HPE SMART ARRAY P408I-a SR GEN10: ON
HPE SMART ARRAY S100I SR GEN10: Disabled
record: 10 k sas ds 300gb 872735
in spite of that I receive the message: NO ELIGBLE DISK FOUND AT THE TIME OF CONFIGURATION OF an array.
Thank you for your support.

Re: no eligible disk found : hp, dl380 g10
What controller is the drive backplane cable connected to? The P408 controller, or the embedded S100 controller?

Re: no eligible disk found : hp, dl380 g10
Hi,
Are you able to see the drives in HPE SSA(HPE Smart Storage Administrator),
If not, ensure that drive backplane cables(SAS) are connected to P408i-a SR and not on the system board.
also verify whether the cables are securely plugged in.
Regards,
Sudhir
