ntbootdd.sys and ntloader

ntbootdd.sys and ntloader

I've got a DL380-G2 with NT4 SP6a installed twice (dual boot). This creates the ntbootdd.sys. Now on bootup NTloader hangs around for several minutes doing apparently nothing. Same type of thing on the old DL380 was fine.
SmartStart 5.30 used.

Any ideas?
