NTSSD2.20A and Video

After installing NTSSD2.20A and RIB Ver 1.11(SP14451) the video defaults to Std VGA mode and any attempt to change the driver results in the following message to the effect --
'Can not change device driver, you do not have sufficient access privileges'
...I am logging in as Administrator.
How can I change the video driver back to original?

Paul, I strongly suspect you are running PCAnywhere. Please uninstall PCAnywhere (not just stopping the service). Land the new drivers and set your resolution. PCAnywhere can then be reloaded
