nvidia a40 gpu is unknown on dl380 g10plus server

hi 
i installed 2 A40 tesla gpu that installed in on the two riser card of a dl380 g10 plus server 
but in bios and ILO they are "unknown device"

SPP version 2023.09

Hi,

I suggest to update iLO FW and check.  There are some fixes for Nvidia cards.
Also make sure you are fullfilling the requirements as suggested in page# 60, 61
