PCI Bus Issues on ML370 G2?

We have a group of ML 370 G2's that run Intervoice/Brite cards in them. Well in this one 370 it keeps hanging up on customers, we have replaced the IVB vsd card in it twice and moved it around to different slots. IVB thinks there is a PCI problem so we ran Compaqs Diagnostic software on it, 12 hours later it came back with no errors.

My question is would the Compaq Diagnostic software pick up an issue on the PCI bus? It almost seems to be a timing issue, but it keeps on hanging up at the same spot. Any ideas? thanks,

Are you running the latest ROMpaq on the system? What about the support PAQ from HP, are you running the latest? The diags should be able to find errors within the PCI bus. Does the system hang, or are customers losing contact with the server?

The customers are getting disconnected. I'm starting to think I know where the issue lies, but I need to run some more test to figure it out, but I'm thinking its application based.
