PCI-E Slot 2 Unknown nVidia Tesla P100 DL 380 Gen9
Hi,
We have one DL 380 Gen9 that we installed the GPU kit and the GPU riser. We put in a HP nVidia Tesla P100 16GB PCIe 3.0 x16 Q0E21A and when I look at hardware (device inventory) in ILO it says
PCI-E Slot 2 Unknown
We have 2 x 1400 W PSU.
We have updated the firmware to the latest
Firmware Version Info

When we try to install it as passthrough in Wmvare we receive the error message

Does anyone know how to resolve the issue so the device is not displayed as unknown?

Re: PCI-E Slot 2 Unknown nVidia Tesla P100 DL 380 Gen9
Hi,
Restored the BIOS to system default according to the instruction but it still shows PCI-E Slot 2 Unknown.
In that slot we have 719076-B21 HP DL380 G9 Primary 2 Slot GPU Ready Riser Kit.
Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
