Post error 1610- Temperature Violation
I have a Proliant 3000 which, when powered on, reboots after a minute or so and occasionally displays the post error:
1610 -Temperature Violation Detected
Waiting 5 Minutes for system to cool.
All the fans are spinning ok and I have replaced both the cpu fans and the auxiliary cpu fan with no luck.
Any Ideas?
Thanks
Mark

Re: Post error 1610- Temperature Violation
I've also had this issue today with two new DL380 G3 servers. They are not in a rack right now, but they are in the same place I build every other server before deployment. Everything is slightly warm to the touch, but not bad at all. I have the latest softwares and firmwares on them as well.
