post error:1794 drive array accelerator battery charge low
This error is showing up in insight manager. I've been unable to clear the error. When I try, I get the "failed while attempting a set" response. I have "enabled snmp sets" and "cleared all thresholds" at the server, but I am still unable to clear the errors. I'm getting this same error on three brand new 8000s. Any ideas ?

This error relates to the battery charge on the array controller accelerator. Basically, this battery requires up to 36 hours to recharge. If this error continues after this time-frame, try clearing NVRAM. If the problem persists, then either the battery-backed cache, or accelerator, or the array controller need to be replaced. In that event, a quick call to 1-800-OK-COMPAQ will get replacement parts on the way in short order, as this server is under warranty.
