POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - incorrectly installed

Hello Everyone

Can someone help me to find our why i'm getting the follwing error? 

Server: ProLiant DL380 Gen9

Processor 1: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz
Processor 2: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2640 v4 @ 2.40GHz

my server have problem with memory on Processor 1 Socket 9 , i have try to move memory from Processor 1 Socket 12 to Processor 1 Socket 9 and Socket 9 is empty memory slot and i have move Processor 2 Socket 12 to Processor 2 Socket 9 also.

after remove ready my server show error below: 

POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 2, DIMM 10 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized.

POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 2, DIMM 11 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized.

POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 1, DIMM 10 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized.

POST Error: 207-Invalid Memory Configuration - Processor 1, DIMM 11 incorrectly installed. Please refer to Memory Population Rules in Documentation. This Memory will not be utilized.

See this Picture and populate by the Letters (A-J) not by the Slot Numbers!

So Slot 12 is A and has to be populated.

You have only 11 Memory Modules, so J = Slot 7 has to be free.

Yes, populate by Letter, not by Number.
